CAPL is a regional library serving the municipalities of the City of Coatesville, Caln, East Fallowfield, Modena, South Coatesville, Valley, West Brandywine and West Caln.

East Fallowfield Township One of the first purchasers of land from Penn was Lancelot Fallowfield. In 1718, a preacher named John Salkield brought a tract of land from Lancelot Fallowfield and decided to call his land Fallowfield, in honor of its former landowner.  East Fallowfield was formally incorporated as a municipality in 1799.  Today, East Fallowfield Township retains its semi-rural character with residential developments mixed in with livestock farms and horse stables.

History continues to be a big part of East Fallowfield Township with over thirty locations registered on the National Register of Historic Places. For more information https://www.eastfallowfield.org/
